Why ScholarERP

A partner program for people who already sell to campuses

Indian institutions are replacing spreadsheet fee books, fragmented attendance tools, and unsupported legacy ERPs. They want one system for admissions, fees, exams, parent apps, and multi-campus control — without enterprise lock-in.

ScholarERP is that system. Partners who already advise or sell into schools, colleges, trusts, and coaching networks get a serious product to take to market — and commercial terms that reward registered, closable deals.

✓ Strong fit if you

  • Already talk to principals, trustees, or college admins
  • Can run discovery demos or hand off to a co-sell motion
  • Want recurring revenue or implementation billables
  • Operate in one or more Indian education markets

— Not a fit if you

  • Only want a generic affiliate link with no education focus
  • Expect white-label OEM source on day one
  • Have no path to institutions (cold spam / lead farms)

Commercial clarity

What partners actually care about

We put the hard questions up front — so serious applicants know what they are signing up for.

Partner economics

Channel margins and referral commissions are shared on the alignment call — before agreement. No public “up to X%” teaser that vanishes in fine print.

Deal registration

Register a qualified institution and keep protection for a defined window while you demo, propose, and close — with fair-use activity checks.

Co-sell when needed

Bring DIDC product specialists into complex multi-campus or university deals. You keep the relationship; we help you win the technical evaluation.

Partner tracks

Pick the model that matches how you make money

Selecting a track jumps you into the application with that path pre-selected.

Enablement

What you get after you are approved

Not a PDF welcome pack — the assets you need to run a credible campus conversation.

Demo tenants with board-ready data

CBSE / ICSE / State and college sample setups so demos feel real — not empty sandboxes.

Pricing & packaging clarity

Plan sheets, deployment options, and talk-tracks for Simplify / Empower / Evolve / Enterprise.

Sales & delivery certification

Short tracks for sellers and implementers covering modules, objections, and go-live hygiene.

Named partner desk

A human contact for deal support and escalations — not a shared ticket queue pretending to be a program.

Co-marketing that ships

Webinars, regional education events, and partner-ready one-pagers when you have pipeline to fill.

ISO-backed cloud story

Security and SLA talking points institutions expect in RFPs — so you are not inventing trust claims.

Onboarding

From application to first registered deal

A defined path — so you know what “approved” actually unlocks.

FAQ

Questions serious partners ask

If your question is not here, apply anyway — we will cover it on the alignment call.

Who is this program built for?

Education software resellers, campus system integrators, IT consultancies serving schools/colleges, coaching-network operators, and independent education advisors with an active pipeline of institutions in India.

Is there a joining or platform fee?

No fee to apply. Channel and Implementation partners sign a partner agreement covering margins, deal registration, and support. Referral partners earn commission on closed deals with no platform fee.

How transparent are margins and commissions?

Commercial terms are shared during the alignment call — before you sign. We do not publish a single public rate because Channel, Implementation, and Referral economics differ by territory and deal size. You will see partner pricing before your first registered opportunity.

How does deal registration work?

Approved partners register qualified institutions before or during active pursuit. Registered opportunities are protected for a defined window so DIDC sales does not compete on your introduced account, subject to fair-use and activity guidelines.

What enablement do I receive after approval?

Channel and Implementation partners receive a demo tenant with board-ready sample data, pricing & packaging sheets, proposal templates, product certification, and a named partner contact. Referral partners receive intro decks and a warm sales handoff.

Can ScholarERP be white-labelled?

ScholarERP ships as a DIDC-branded product. Multi-campus and enterprise deals may include co-branded parent/staff portals and custom domains. Full OEM source licensing is reserved for strategic technology alliances and reviewed case-by-case.

How long from application to first demo?

Applications are acknowledged within 3 business days. Fit calls typically happen in week one. Channel/Implementation onboarding (agreement, training, demo tenant) usually completes in 2–3 weeks.
